Highlights of the District program and admission requirements will be presented. All Registration Packets for the 2010-2011 school year will not be available or accepted at the school sites until January 27, 2010 |

Welcome to Alta Vista School's web site! The 550 students at Alta Vista are the heart and soul of our school. Every day they make us proud by their exemplary behavior, use of their character and commitment to achieving their personal best academically. Our staff members constantly seek new ways to make school exciting and relevant for our students. They are highly dedicated to providing an enriched, rigorous curriculum that ensures our students are confident, competent, independent learners.
When you visit our campus, you understand why Alta Vista truly exemplifies a strong home and school partnership. We value and welcome the many families who are visibly dedicated to supporting our students in a myriad of ways. They donate thousands of volunteer hours by working in the classrooms, in the library, organizing activities, serving on school-wide committees, chaperoning field trips and supporting our "fun" raising activities.
