School Site Council (SSC) is an elected decision-making group comprised of parents and staff who represent our school and community in an advisory position. The Council annually reviews the Safe School Plan, Single School Plan, as well as parent survey and achievement data. It provides a venue for parents to learn more about the programs at Alta Vista and serve in an advisory capacity to the principal and school. All parents are welcome to attend School Site Council meetings.
